Her birth date is March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Gerina Michelle was her first name. Gerina Stevenson, the Mexican daughter from Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson, was birthed in Mexico. She is American and has Mexican-American heritage. At a very young age, her desire to be active in sports was strong. Gerina began playing golf at the age of 15 years old. Gerina graduated from High School studies through Goddard High School. When she was a student in high school she was the winner of in the New Mexico Golf State Tournament. Her volleyball skills were also recognised at a national scale. The year 2003 was the time she enrolled at the University of Texas. In her senior year she was the winner of every competition she participated in. In her college career, she was crowned Conference USA individual champion player of the year, and was named UTEP Female Athlete of the Year.
